Pre-Order Policy & Cancellation Terms

Some of our items are offered as pre-orders due to the limited availability of our ultra-soft leather and our small-batch, artisan production process. This policy explains what to expect when you place a pre-order and how cancellations are handled.

What Is a Pre-Order?

Pre-order items are not available to ship at the time of purchase. They are made-to-order and will ship once production is complete, typically within 2–4 weeks unless otherwise noted on the product page.

When you place a pre-order:

• You are reserving an item that is being crafted specifically for you.
• Your payment is charged immediately at checkout to secure your place in our limited production schedule.
• If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship together once all items are ready.

Shipping Timelines

Estimated shipping timelines are listed on each product page and in your order confirmation email. Please note:

• All shipping dates are estimates and may vary depending on material availability, production schedules, and customs.
• We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.
• Orders containing pre-order items will not ship in partial shipments unless explicitly stated.

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Because each pre-order is made-to-order, cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of placing your order. After that window, your order is placed into active production and cannot be canceled.

To cancel your pre-order within 48 hours, please email us at hello@oteii.com with your order number and the subject line “Pre-Order Cancellation Request.”

We are unable to offer cancellations or refunds after 48 hours unless:

• The item is delayed beyond 60 days from the estimated shipping window.
• The product arrives with a defect or damage (in which case our standard return policy applies)
