Huaraches with a back: we generally recommend to select one size down, our huaraches fit snugly at first, since the leather will give and form to your foot with wear. If you normally wear a size 7.5 or 8, round down to a 7
Slides with no back: we generally recommend to round up. If you normally wear a size 7.5, do an 8

At oTeii, we’re passionate about honoring traditional craftsmanship — and that means taking the time to do things right. Most of our products are available by pre-order because we use ultra-soft, premium leather, sourced in limited quantities to preserve the integrity and feel of every pair.
Each sandal or shoe is handmade by skilled artisans using time-honored techniques, ensuring not only exceptional comfort and style — but also lasting quality.
Why are most products only available for pre-order?
Most of our huaraches are made using ultra-soft, premium leather that’s sourced in limited quantities. To preserve quality and stay true to our artisanal roots, we craft each pair by hand, made-to-order. Pre-ordering allows us maintain the highest quality without overproducing or compromising on materials.
How long does it take to receive my pre-order?
Our usual wait time is 2–4 weeks. This includes artisan production time and international shipping. Please note that occasional delays may happen due to customs procedures, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated along the way.
Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing it. Since each pair is made specifically for you, we begin production shortly after your order is confirmed.
What if I need a different size after it arrives?
We want you to love the fit. If your huaraches don’t feel quite right, just reach out — we’re here to help! We typically craft one size up and one size down from each pre-order to keep in our small batch inventory. If your size is available, we’ll gladly process an exchange. If not, we may need to custom-make the replacement, which could take a little extra time. Either way, we’ll make sure you’re taken care of!
